Bethel Heights 'Estate' Pinot Noir 2021

100% Pinot Noir from a cross-section of their estate vineyards, the backbone of which are the old vines planted in 1977-1979.  Certified organically grown. The barrel program for this gorgeously structured red is 8 months in French oak, 24% new barrels (Troncais Forests, France) and the wine was bottled unfined in June 2022.  This is a new find for us at Oly Wines, and wish it was sooner as this is one handsome, medium-bodies, full-flavored red, polished and refined. We especially love the way this wine busts onto the flavor scene offering a fresh burst of expressive raspberry and red plums!
