Presently available for pre-sale only, Garzon's Albariño is an excellent appetizer wine, holding host to floral and citrus notes alongside stone fruit aromas. Notably salinic and round in the mouth, this wine is a natural companion to anything pulled wriggling out of salt water. Consider pairing this Albariño with oysters, razor clams, fish tacos, or grilled octopus -- though a glass with steamed veggies, poultry, or leafy greens in a lemony vinaigrette makes for a fine week night meal.
