DOMAINE DE CHEVILLY 2021 Quincy

Here we are!  I am finally able to share with you one of the secrets of Sauvignon Blanc: Quincy.  In my hunt to provide you with great Sancerre & Pouilly Fume, I came across this insider wine from an appellation (place) little known to the importers: Quincy.  Like Sancerre & Pouilly Fume, the wines of Quincy are also 100% Sauvignon Blanc and their value at mid-$25/btl compared to average $40/Btl for Sancerre the value is quite strong.  See the map.  Quincy with its neighbor Reuilly are southwest of Sancerre/Pouilly Fume areas. 

This is a perfect example of how good Sauvignon Blanc is supposed to be filled with citrus and lined with great cut (acidity) leaving the palette ready for more.  Crisp, delicious white wine for all occasions.  Be sure to drink on its own and pay attention to the delights in your mouth!
