Jean-Marc Brocard 'Sainte Claire' Chablis 2020

Offering understated notes of lemon and yuzu on the nose, this 2020 Chablis is delightfully tangy, yet somewhat creamy on the palate, and run through with undercurrents of smoke and flint.

This is one of our favorites to pair with oysters spritzed with lemon, but it goes equally well with an array of seafood dishes or those featuring citrus or fall fruits like apples and pears.
