A blend of Pinot Noir and Parellada from Naveran. This Cava (sparkling wine) producer has outstanding soil diversity on their estate and are able to produce markedly balanced wines as a result. Traditional Method fermentation and 18 months of lees aging makes for a soft and approachable bubbly. Dry on the finish, but with plenty of strawberry, lemon zest and green apple throughout.
