Pierre Sparre Pinot Blanc Grande Reserve 2020

Beginning with aromas of white grapes and toasted bread, the attack is assertive, spicy, and fresh. The wine begins to soften on the mid-palate, settling eventually into pleasantly ripe white peach and nectarine. 

This is a particularly food-friendly white. Pair with roast poultry or pork, mild cheeses or shellfish; zippy, acidic sauces or those heavy on cream.
