Saget la Perrière 'La Perrière' Sancerre 2020

Aged in 200-million-year-old (!) chalk caves, the nose on this wine exhibits intense floral, tropical fruit, and citrus aromas. Yellow with gray highlights in the glass, the palate is rich and suave, exuding notes of acacia and elderberry, stone fruit, and lemon. The finish is fresh and full of citrus. 

Pair this with fish in lemon-butter sauce or creamy poultry dishes.
