Valdo 'Marca Oro' Prosecco Brut NV

Hailing from Valdobbiadene, the capitol of fine Prosecco, Valdo was founded in 1926 by the Societa Anonima Vini Superiori and purchased by the famed Bolla family in 1938. (Remember Bolla Italian wines? They're still going strong!)

Well-structured with a fine perlage, or "collection of pearls," (i.e. bubbles), this is a crisp, fruity Prosecco that pairs finely with fish, or on its own as an apertif.
