The French word ‘Cremant’ is used for sparkling wine from the various regions of France.  A few examples would be: Cremant D’Alsace or Cremant de Loire.  These sparkling wines are made to be affordable and enjoyed often.

Ever try a ‘kir royal’?  It is crème de cassis, or black currant brandy with sparkling wine.  Consider this wine for your KIR ROYAL sometime soon!

This Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve is crafted from grapes grown in northern and southern Burgundy (the Châtillonnais, Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais). A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (the same blend as most Champagne's) results in balance between Chardonnay's tautness, white flower aromas and minerality and Pinot Noir's fruit, density and vinosity).
