This incredibly delicious orange pet nat is what the nonni (grandparents) of Emilia-Romagna used to call Bolle Macerato. Bolle is slang for bollincine, which means "bubbles." Made from 100% Malvasia di Candia, this wine is a beautiful saffron color in the glass and features an enticing bouquet of fresh citrus and yellow flowers.
