BARRIALTO 2021 Vino Blanco 'Arranza' (Jerez, Spain)

Wow! Unique and exciting, this wine is made from old-vine Palomino grapes (usually used to make sherry). It is fermented and aged in ex-Manzanilla casks. The result? A wine unlike you've ever had before. After tasting in store, we were craving warm olives, tinned fish, & salty butter. It's made for tapas and a sunset. Savory, earthy, and slightly bitter on the end, this is an experience in the bottle.

Note: Palomino and sherry are so special because of the unique soils in Jerez; limestone rich, chalky soils that literally becomes slippery when wet and create elegant wine.
