Domaine Batard Langelier is situated in the commune of Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, a small town just south of Nantes in the western Loire Valley. This area sits at the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, where the oceanic climate, granite-based soils, and centuries of winegrowing tradition converge to shape one of the most expressive zones for Muscadet wines. Muscadet’s high acidity and mineral drive make it a good wine for food with briny, herbal, or citrus notes.
