A true, dry prosecco. Prosecco is the sparkling wine of Italy, made using the ‘tank method.’ This method best preserves the fruity, bright qualities of the wine. With flavors of green apple, pear and citrus, it is dry and has small, fine bubbles. We love it with appetizers, shrimp, or just as a celebratory sip to have on its own.
