Galacia is home to single-varietal Albarino like nowhere else in the world.  Here, on the rainy northern coast of Spain, the thick-skinned white grape Albarino grows to create salty, aromatic, bright white wine. This Sparkling version of the wine has fine, persistent and small bubbles. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, and white flowers are all framed by saline minerality. A beautiful wine to cheers to.
