The BODEGAS GRANBAZAN 2022 Albariño ‘Etiqueta Ambar’ from Rías Baixas, Spain, is a distinguished white wine known for its bright, translucent yellow color and medium-high intensity on the nose. It presents classic tropical notes, ripe apricot, tangerine, and pastries. On the palate, it offers a juicy and light texture, yet is tasty and elegant, with a soft, silky, and very saline finish.

This wine is made from 100% Albariño grapes, harvested from vines over 35 years old. The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed, and macerated at low temperatures. The fermentation is controlled, and the wine is rested on fine lees for up to 8 months. It has an alcohol content of 13.40% and is best served at 10-12ºC.

The Granbazán Etiqueta Ambar pairs well with a variety of foods, including Thai food, pasta with creamy sauces like Carbonara, grilled blue fish, and resistant European aftertaste cheeses such as Cruiller, Edam, or Touza Vella.
