The Parinacota is a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Carignan, from 100 plus year old vines. Parinacota is the name of a volcano in the Atacama Desert. This is a rich, full, smooth and savory wine, worthy of a hearty dinner or sipping solo at the end of the evening.
