BODET-HEROLD 2020 Brut Nature 'physis' (Loire Valley, FR)

 Maison Bodet-Herold is based in Montreuil-Bellay, on the right bank of the Loire. The Bodet family has held vines in this area since the late 1800s. Made of 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Grolleau, this is a bone-dry traditional method sparkling wine made from the 2020 vintage. Translation: this wine is bright, bold, crisp, and full of apple/citrus/quince notes with brioche nuances.
