BOUHELIER NV Cremant de Bourgogne Brut 'Terroirs Chatillonnais' (Burgundy, France)

New Crémant de Bourgogne for us to try.  Crémant is the regional sparkling wine produced in several parts of France (Loire, Alsace, Bdx, etc.) following the traditional method of sparkling wine production.  This is 65% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay & 10% Pinot Blanc which is a very strong resemblance to the grape varietal percentages used in Champagne!
