C.H. BERRES 2020 'Urziger Wurzgarten' Riesling QBA 'Trocken' (Mosel, Germany)

An entry-level, off-dry Riesling flying under the banner of 'Trocken', the German word for dry.  Trocken is a movement - a stylistic shift to produce German Riesling wines that are less sweet than they were a decade prior.  The Riesling character of the wines are still quite present in the wines: diesel/petrol, lime & other tropicals still show their stuff.  They are just less sweet.  Enjoy with charcuterie, or even a sip with your fruit salad at brunch on a Sunday.  You get the idea
