CAVALLOTTO 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo (Piemonte, Italy)

We didn't think we would be able to get CAVALLOTTO in. But here we are! This is a fantastic producer in the Piedmonte. They treat their Nebbiolo much like their Barolo, including ageing for 18 months in Slovenian botti. Concentrated, energetic and bold.
