CENTOPASSI 2024 Sicilia Bianco 'Giato' (Sicily, Italy)

This wine is a blend of 60% Grillo and 40% Catarrato. Both are native Sicilian white wine grapes, which in line with the project of CENTOPASSI. CENTOPASSI works with exclusivly native Sicilian grape vareitals, on land that is recovered from the mafia. You read it right. It is part of their Libra Terra cooperative inititive, to reclaim and regenerate land in Sicily to be profitable and sustainable for the next generation. 

This blend drinks like a sip of the Sicilian coast - light, crisp notes of white beach, blossom and sea-side saline. Mouthfeel is round and fresh with a crisp, dry finish.
