CHATEAU TOUR SIEUJAN 2023 Pauillac (Bordeaux, FR)

A big and expressive Bordeaux blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot.  This is our first 2023 wine from the soon famous vintage of 2023.  Pauillac is the northern part of the Medoc where Cabernet Sauvignon outshines the Merlot.  This property is a tiny piece of real estate that had sold its fruit to the local cooperative.  They reclaimed their vines & are making wine at their estate since 1990.  There is great depth of flavor and potential in this wine for ageing. Lay this down for a few months or decant one hour prior to enjoyment.  Decanting will reward the taster on this one!
