CHATEAU D'ARCHE 2017 Sauternes 375mL (Bordeaux, FR)

A Grand Cru Classe Sauternes. One of Bordeaux's esteemed classified Sauternes; which means it is one of the regions most prominenet sweet wines. These sweet wines are made by the apperance of botrytis cinerae, a.k.a. 'noble rot.' This noble rot attacks the water in the grapes, concentrating the sugars and intensifying the perfume of the wine. 

Please note that this CHATEAU D'ARCHE 2017 is from one of the greatest onf the recent vntages for Sauternes. That means not only great depth of flavor, but an accompanying acidity to match the depth.
