COCCHI NV Vermouth Amaro 'Dopo Teatro' (Piedmont, Italy)

This is an unusual wine based Vermouth Amaro made by following the old recipe of Giulio Cocchi, and enriching it with rhubarb, chiretta flowers and quinine. Called DopoTeatro because of the tradition in Turin to drink it chilled and garnished with lemon zest, after the theatre. Also try it in a Negroni or Manhattan.
