COFFELE is a historical benchmark winery of the medieval town of Soave. Located smack in the center, a few steps away from the ancient castle of Soave in what is delineated by the Italian government as the "Classico" (historical) part of the denomination. They have been a family run traditional Soave producer since 1928. They have been certified biodynamic since around 2015.
This wine is a classic entry level Soave, made of 100% Garganega from young vines. Aged in stainless steel, it is fresh and fruity. Elegant acidity, juicy mid-palate, and mineral driven. Expect lemongrass, almond, and bright fruit in the glass.
