55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeu fermented on their skins, leaving an orange hue. It possesses the flavors of white wines with the texture and tannins common in red wine. It offers complex aromas of tangerine, fresh citrus, and zesty spices. Pair with lamb meatballs, baba ghanoush, roasted veg or Indian curry.
