R. H. COUTIER NV Grand Cru 'Grand Vintages' (Champagne, FR)

R.H. COUTIER is a small producer of exquisite Champagne from the village of Ambonnay. Their philosophy is respect of soil & the natural balance of things. 

This wine is 25% Chardonnay and 75% Pinot Noir. Sourced from 39 plots with an average vine age of 40 years. 60% of the blend is from 2012 & reserve wines. 

NV, or 'Non-Vintage' refers to the blending of this wine from both the 2020 harvest and the winery 'Reserve'.  The Reserve is a wine held at the winery to add depth of character to the otherwise younger wines from new vintages.
