45% Grenache Blanc, 28% Roussanne, 27% Viognier. Devium is the project of Keith Johnson, winemaker from SLEIGHT OF HAND - another store favorite. These wines are low intervention, natural wines that are some of the best coming online in the WA wine scene. This white blend is a nod to traditional Rhone (France) varietals. They were co-picked, co-fermented into old French barrels. Aged on their lees for 6m. It is bracing and pure, loaded with white blossom floral notes.
