WOW! An ancestral method sparkling wine made from the Pinot Noir harvested on the Breezy Slope Vineyard in Walla Walla. DEVIUM is leading in biodynamic, natural wine production and we are thrilled to add this ancestral method sparkling to the list here. Carbon dioxide is trapped in the bottle, using this method, as the bottle is sealed during its first fermentation. Thus, the sparkles. This is the oldest way to make sparkling wine.
