DOMAINE ADELE ROUZE 2025 Quincy (Loire, FR)

Wow, what a find!  If you are a fan of Sauvignon Blanc, especially from the Loire like Sancerre this is a must try for you.  100% low-yield production Sauvignon Blanc grown simply & allowed to show its bright, citrus fruit.  Move over New Zealand Sauvignon, because this has all the citrus zip one might find in a Kiwi Sauvignon!

Classic 100% fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless tanks thereafter for 6 months on its lies/lees (sediment) before bottled & moved to distribution.

This young woman makes one wine that I can find, but more producers like Adele from the satellites (villages) of Quincy & Reuilly.  Why?  Because the wines are 40% less expensive than the neighbors (villages) & surprisingly excellent.  

Consider this wine with a warm goat cheese toasts on a salad of Arugula!
