DOMAINE DE LA CHEVALERIE 2021 Bourgueil 'Diptyque' (Loire Valley, FR)

New, 10/26.  100% Biodynamic.  100% Cabernet Franc from the powerhouse center village called Bourgueil.  That's tough to pronounce...  Family owned & operated for 400 years.  They know their vines and the various vineyard parcels/plots having worked those vineyards for generations.

Look for bell pepper aromatics with loads of medium-red berry flavor.  Dried herb aromas will develop after opening!  Do not hesitate to put a chill on this red and enjoy it cool... should that be your fancy.
