DOMAINE DE LA QUILLA 2024 Muscadet Sevre & Maine Sur Lie (Loire, France)

"The Domaine de la Quilla is located in the heart of the Muscadet Sevre et Maine appellation in the Loire Valley vineyards. The melon grape variety, originally from Burgundy, is only grown in our region and is the only variety used in the appellation. In order to conserve the wine's freshness and unique bouquet, Laurence and Gerard Vinet mature their wine on its lees and bottle it in the spring of the following the harvest. This wine is an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes."
