DOMAINE HUET 2020 Vouvray Demi-Sec 'Le Haut-Lieu' (Loire Valley, FR)

DOMAINE HUET. First and foremost, one of the greatest producers of Vouvray. Period. I had the pleasure of spending a full day with Gaston Heut before his passing and learned more about the region and its wines in one day with him than in weeks living in the region. This is THE master of Chenin Blanc, especially in its off-dry (sweet) versions of this finesse. 

Vouvray is the home of sweet (and dry) Chenin Blanc. We would love it if you let this sweet iteration of Vouvray change your mind on how amazing sweet wines can be. The balance of acidity makes it both refreshing and bright.
