DOMAINE LONG-DEPAQUIT is a jewel of a winery that is part of the MAISON ALBERT BICHOT properties from Beaune, Burgundy.  The Premier Cru: Les Vaucopains is one of the eleven Premier Crus from Chablis.  It is often the most powerful and long-lived of the Chablis Premiers Crus wines.  This is old white Burgundy from Chablis, aged Chardonnay with high minerality combined with depth of flavor.
