DOMAINE M.BOUTIN 2019 Rasteau 'M.B' (Rhone, FR)

60% Grenache with 10% each of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault, fermented and aged in concrete tanks. Balanced and pure, this wine is an answer to the often over-ripe wines of Southern Rhone.

On the nose, fresh cherry-laced fruit undercut with warmer notes of licorice and dried herbs. Brisk and lively acidity. Medium to full body and savoury yet it has maintained its freshness.  Rounded, juicy tannins, with remarkable salinity.
