DOMAINE OGEREAU 2022 Coteaux du Layon 'Saint Lambert' (Loire, FR)

A delicate, sweet white wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape of the Loire Valley. The climate here is perfect for the noble rot that attacks grapes. This noble rot (botrytis) concentrates the sugars of the grapes, making world class sweet wine. With the naturally high acidity of the Chenin Blanc, this makes for a wonderfully balanced sweet wine.
