DOMAINE PIERRE GUILLEMOT 2023 Bourgogne Cote D'Or (Rouge) (Burgundy, France)

I finally broke down and ordered some of the region's best unknown producers of great Burgundy.  Based in Savigny-les-Beaune, GUILLEMOT has choice vineyard holdings in the village.  This includes their Premier Cru vineyard and wine from the Premier Cru of 'Les Lavieres.'

Expect a medium-bodied Pinot Noir (100%) loaded with the red fruits like raspberry & rainier cherries.
