DOMAINE ROLET 2023 Chardonnay 'Arbois' (Jura, FR)

Maison Rolet is a family business created by Désiré Rolet in the early 1940s. It is one of the essential estates for Jura wines. This wine comes from a blend of plots planted on the hillside, a place called "En Chagnon", located in the commune of Montigny-les-Arsures. Backed by a limestone ledge, the soil is mainly composed of fatty gravel, revealing grey marls from the Lias offering amplitude and minerality.

It is 100% Chardonnay, aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
