EL ENEMIGO 2022 Malbec (Argentina)

EL ENEMIGO (‘the enemy’) is the joint project of 2 Argentine legends – Alejandro Vigil, soil expert, and Adrianna Catana, historian and daughter of renowned Argentine Nicolas Catena (CATENA ZAPATA). This means that the wine is not only standing on the shoulders of giants but also has high merits of its own. The 2022 Malbec showcases fruit from the Uco Valley, within Mendoza. Aged 15 months in oak foudres, it is dry yet juicy with notes of plum, violet, sage and bitter orange on the palate.
