ELEPHANT HILL 2024 Sauvignon Blanc (Hawke's Bay, NZ)

Hawke's Bay is known for it's long sunshine hours and low rainfall, making it the perfect spot for Sauvignon Blanc to thrive. Elephant Hill, like many in New Zealand, is dedicated to sustainability. They have a state-of-the-art water recycling system implemented in their winery, among other inititives.  This is one to visist if you find yourself in NZ - they have wildflower planted all throughout their vineyards, not just for beauty, but also as part of thier commitment to biodiversity and soil health.
