FOOLHARDY 2021 Red Blend 'For Fool's Sake' (Columbia Valley, WA)

Easy to drink and easy to like, the 2021 FFS is an exceptionally round, soft Cabernet Sauvignon featuring ripe red berry and black cherry tones. Pretty violet aromas and a subtle nuance of tobacco leaf compliment the juicy flavors.

This is an everyday red wine, able to excel at the weekend barbecue with friends or help you relax on Monday night after the first day back at work. Will pair well with lasagna, roast chicken, mushroom risotto or a juicy hamburger.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 21 months in French oak barrels (23.5% new oak).
