FOOLHARDY 2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Columbia Valley, WA)

Grapes issued from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes area of the Columbia Valley.  100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented in neutral French oak barrels.  Only four barrels (95cs) of this rare white produced.  The wine has now taken on texture from the oak barrel regimen.  It is loaded with aromas of lemon curd, freshly cut lime peel.  This white wine will lend towards generous, vivid flavors citrus fruits/lemongrass.
