FORADORI 2024 Manzoni Bianco 'Fontanasanta' (Trentino, IT)

FORADORI is one of the biggest names in the preservation of Northern Italian grapes & wine in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Northern Italy, near the Alps. Manzoni Bianco is the varietal for this wine, which is hybrid born of Riesling and Pinot Bianco grapes that does particularly well in the Fontanasanta vineyard. 

This wine ferments with its skin in cement tanks before aging 7 months is acacia casks. Its ability to evolve overtime requires patience; Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco is a wine that really comes into its own at least three years after harvest.
