FROG'S LEAP 2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley, California)

‘THE’ iconic winery of Napa: FROG’S LEAP!  The Williams family have been patiently growing & bottling one of the Napa region’s jewels.  Founded in 1981 by John Williams, this wine is a pearl in the original Napa wine scene.  See their red wines, too, Zinfandel in particular.  This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Bordeaux clone of the varietal showing lots of citrus flower expressions.  From the winery website: “We have always sought to navigate the tension between the crisp, fruity brightness that is inherent to the variety with the savory, texture-driven flavors that only come with time.
