GROSGRAIN 2021 Syrah 'Stonewashed' (Walla Walla Valley, WA)

80% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre from the Stoney Vine Vineyard in Walla Walla. This is the first edition of Stonewashed from the famed Stoney Vine Vineyard. Found in the heart of the Rocks District of Milton Freewater, a sub-appellation of the Walla Walla Valley that is known for its rocky surface and wines with a distinct savory profile. Their goal with this wine is to explore a more elegant side of this terroir and the long moderate 2023 season allowed us to dial this style in perfectly with our blend.
