ISENHOWER 2022 Cabernet Franc 'i Series' (Columbia Valley, WA)

From one of our favorite husband and wife winemaking teams, the I-Series is ISENHOWERS most approachable wine label. These folks were among the first 20 wineries in Walla Walla.

This Franc consists of 90% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot. All the Cabernet Franc wines were aged in French Oak barrels, 30% new for 10 months. After 10 months the Franc was blended with 5% RKP Vineyard Merlot, and 5% Konnowac Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Fruit driven with a strong herbaceous backbone, typical of a Cab Franc. Plush, smooth, and a long finish.
