ITALO CESCON 2023 Pinot Grigio (Delle Venezie, Italy)

Northern Italian Pinot Grigio should not be overlooked. The fruit for this wine comes from the Friuli-Graves district, where Pinot Grigio thrives in the cool cliamte. This is an alpine style of Pinot Grigio, with lots of body, fruit, and a touch - a tiny touch - of residual sugar. It's not overly sweet, but it will pair with food with a hint of spice well. 

Note citrus fruit, peach and orange zest in the glass, with a beautiful minerality and long finish.
