J.P. FICHET 2024 Bourgogne Blanc (Burgundy, FR)

A cult-followed wine producer that makes some of the world's favorite White Burgundy (since 1981). Based in Meursault, this is FICHET's entry level Bourgogne Blanc that comes from parcels sitting just outside of the appellation boundaries. Focused, energetic and high in acid, the 2024 is a bright vintage that shows the mineral driven character of Chardonnay from here.
