What a story. We say that a lot, but this really is a story. 

This Picpoul is named 'Pomerols HB' - the name of a sommelier at a high-end place in Washington DC who refused to put Picpoul on his menu. Mr. Kysela met and ate with him many years, trying to convince him of Picpoul's place on a wine list. He even promised HB that he would name a bottle of Picpoul after him if he finally acquiesced... 

And here we are. Presenting the sommelier approved Picpoul de Pinet 'Pomerols HB.' Racy, high in acidity, and full of green apple & citrus blossom notes.
