LA PEPIERE 2023 Muscadet Sevre et Mains Sur Lie 'Les Gras Moutons' (Loire, FR)

Another wine from LA PEPIERE - one of our favorite producers of this unique regional wine. The 'Les Gras Moutons' cuvée is produced on a hilltop overlooking the Maine in the commune of Saint Fiacre. The vines are grown organically and biodynamically. It ages on its lees for 8 months, adding texture and richness. The unique saline quality makes this an exemplary wine to go with seafood dishes.
